Refund and Returns Policy

At Warehouse Pallet Liquidators, we are committed to transparency and fairness in every transaction. Because we specialize in liquidation pallets, wholesale truckloads, customer returns, and overstock inventory, all sales are considered wholesale purchases and are subject to the terms outlined below.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this Returns & Refund Policy.

Product Condition & Inspection Window

Product Condition: New & Slightly Used

Our inventory may include a mix of new, open-box, customer-returned, shelf-pull, and slightly used merchandise. Product packaging may show signs of handling, storage, or transit wear.

Inspection Window: 30 Days

Customers have (30) days from the date of delivery to inspect their shipment and report any qualifying issues.

1. General Returns Policy

Due to the nature of liquidation and wholesale inventory, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Resale performance or profitability concerns

  • Minor product variations

  • Cosmetic packaging damage

  • Normal liquidation inventory inconsistencies

2. Manifested Inventory Discrepancies

For pallets or truckloads sold with a manifest:

  • Minor variations in item count, brands, models, or condition are considered normal.

  • Claims may be submitted only when there is a verified discrepancy representing 25% or more of the manifested value.

  • Customers must provide clear photo and video documentation of the pallet upon delivery and during unboxing.

  • All discrepancy claims must be submitted within the 30 days inspection window.

While we strive for accuracy, manifests are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate due to the nature of liquidation inventory.

3. Freight Damage & Shipping Issues

All shipments are transported by third-party freight carriers.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Inspecting the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

  • Noting any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork.

  • Taking photographs of any damaged areas.

Any freight-related damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation.

Warehouse Pallet Liquidators is not responsible for delays, mishandling, or damage caused by freight carriers after the shipment leaves our facility.

4. Inventory Condition Disclosure

Customers acknowledge that merchandise may consist of:

As a result:

5. Approved Returns

Returns may only be authorized if:

  • The wrong pallet or truckload was shipped.

  • There is a verified major discrepancy supported by evidence.
